3 Hudson Boulevard, formerly known as the GiraSole, is a mixed use (office and residential) building situated between 34th and 35th streets on the west side of Manhattan.

The tower boasts the premiere location in the newly developing Hudson Yards, soon to be a vibrant epicenter in NYC and currently the world’s biggest redevelopment project on the west side of Manhattan.

FX Fowle Architects are responsible for designing the 1060 feet high eco-friendly building and are striving for LEED Platinum “green building” certification upon completion in 2017. The building features an extensive 1,800,000 square feet of residences, office space and amenities including a sky club on the top two floors with swimming pools, terraces, event spaces, meeting rooms, dining, drinking and lounging areas.

The $800-900 million building is 66 floors high with floors 3-7 and 9-46 dedicated to office space, while floors 49-63 are allotted for residential units. Office tenants will enjoy 14 feet high ceilings and 5 foot window modules across 27,000 square feet. And condominiums occupy an impressive 300,000 square feet of space in the building.
