Amongst the cobble streets of Tribeca will be a new condo building overlooking the Hudson River. Forty seven units are planned which range from two-to five bedrooms which span anywhere from 1,700 feet to more than 7,00 square feet. The new luxury development will have a limestone facade and a classic Tribeca warehouse shape designed by one of my favorite architects Robert A.M. Stern.This will be reminiscent of NYC’s downtown landscape from several years ago back when Tribeca was literally filled with warehouses.
